Overview
The UI section "Manage Recorded Data" allows you to download and delete the data sets that have been recorded for jobs with available job runs.
In SINUMERIK Data Recorder the term job run describes a concrete execution of the recording task but also the corresponding data set that has been generated. Consider that the data management view depicted below lists all available job runs that are available on the system.
The following functions are available in the UI:

Displays the unique name of the job run composed of the job name and the time stamp when the recording was started. Click on a job run to navigate to a second level of the data management view which grants access to individual files included in the run (see below). |

File level view
Clicking on the name of a job run in the data management view navigates to a second level of the UI which lists the individual files that belong to the current run (see below). This screen is very similar to the first level with the following differences:
Files can only be downloaded. Deleting files is not possible to ensure the integrity of the job run.
The filter functionality is not available.
A checksum is displayed for each file.
