LSA_VOID EPS_APP_LL_LED_BLINK_BEGIN (EPS_SYS_PTR_TYPE hSysDev, LSA_UINT32 HwPortIndex, LSA_UINT32 PhyTransceiver)
Before starting to blink, this function is called and system adaption
may do some initialization work like setting up the GPIO interface.
The function Starts LED blinking.
Parameters
hSysDev: Input. System handle
HwPortIndex: Input. Hardware port index of LED that shall blink
PhyTransceiver: Input. Type of PhyTransceiver (e.g. EDDI_PHY_TRANSCEIVER_NSC)
