- To provide flexibility to device builders to bring their own implementation of a device-kit service for proxy configuration management.
- Update capabilities.json to include new capability corresponding to proxy management.
Note: On updating to IEDK 1.24, there are no changes affecting access to the proxy applied by older versions of IEDK. They will continue to function as they currently do.
