As a Seller you will need to comply with the following conditions and contracts:

| Transactions-based fees to be paid by Seller for the Marketplace Services | 30 % of the Transaction Proceeds excluding any value added taxes or sales taxes (including any renewals). |

The provisioning of the Marketplace Services is governed by the Marketplace Seller Agreement:
The Marketplace Seller Agreement regulates sales via the Industrial Edge Ecosystem. The contract is concluded with the Siemens Industry Software Inc. (SISW US) - Ecosystem Agreement (to be signed directly in Industrial Edge Hub):
The Ecosystem Agreement regulates the services for developing and deploying the apps within the Industrial Edge platform (e.g. usage rights for copying and distributing the apps to the devices after purchasing a license).
