Action Description
Back If you want to return from the current screen to the previous screen, swipe from left to right.
Open menu To open the menu, swipe down from the top of the display.
Browsing notifications
  1. Open the menu by swiping down from the top of the display.
  2. Tap on "Overview". The overview list displays all received notifications in chronological order regardless of their priority.
  3. Swipe down, to view the next notification. Swipe up, to view the previous notification.
  4. Tap the notification, to open the detailed view.
  5. Swipe left, to return to the list from the detailed view.
Number of notifications A smartwatch can store up to 100 notifications. When this number is exceeded, the oldest notification is deleted from the list so that new notifications can be received. The oldest notifications are deleted regardless of their status or type.
Reconnection You can set the period in which the Notifier mobile app should attempt to automatically reconnect with the Notifier for Insights Hub app.
  1. To change the settings for reconnecting, navigate to "Settings" and click "Reconnection".
  2. Select the required time period.
Vibrate on Wi-Fi loss If the connection to the WLAN is lost, the smartwatch vibrate every five minutes and you receive the following notification "Wi-Fi is not available". This continues until the set period for a reconnection has expired.
The smartwatch stops vibrating when either the period for a reconnection has expired or the connection to the Notifier for Insights Hub app has been re-established.
  • If the configured time for reconnection is ten minutes, the smartwatch vibrates twice (every five minutes).
  • If the set period to reconnect is two or five minutes, the smartwatch vibrates only once.
  • If "always" is selected for the set period to reconnect, the smartwatch vibrates every five minutes until the Notifier mobile app is reconnected to the Notifier for Insights Hub app.

Set the WLAN and Bluetooth function directly in the Notifier mobile app You can open the settings for the WLAN and the Bluetooth functions of the smartwatch directly in the Notifier mobile app by either clicking "Wi-Fi" or "Bluetooth" in the settings, or by clicking "Open bluetooth settings" or "Open Wi-Fi settings" in the settings for the connection diagnostics.
