When you use the Notifier mobile app on a smart device, you must configure the network so that push notifications are enabled.
The Notifier mobile app receives push notifications from the Notifier for Industrial Edge app via message ports: 51883 and 443. These message ports must be allowed or opened in the devices (router, AP, firewall, VPN, etc.) between the smart device and the IE Device.
Example:
When the smart device and the Edge Device are connected in the same network, the router must allow connections between the two via message ports: 51883 and 443.
