To start the Notifier app, follow these steps:

1. Open the start page of the IE Device by entering the following URL address:
   "https:\[IP address of the IE Device]"
2. Log in with "Email" and "Password":
   
3. Open the "Apps" tab:
   
4. Click the Notifier tile to open the app in a new tab.
