To group notification rules, follow these steps:

1. Follow the steps 1 to 10 and create Basic notification rules.
2. Click on the toggle button to enable the grouping .
   
3. Select the conditions that you want to combine. .
   
   
4. Click on the grouping icon .
   
   
5. Click "Save".
   The rule will be displayed under "Manage notification rules" and applied to notifications.
