To configure timer for conditions, follow these steps:

1. Follow the steps 1 to 10 and create Basic notification rules.
2. Click "Set timer"
3. Enter the timer value, select the timer unit from the dropdown menu and click "Apply".
   
4. Select the timer checkbox for orphan, multiple, or all conditions.
   To apply the timer to all conditions, check the "Apply timer for all" box.
   
5. Click "Save".
   The rule will be displayed under "Manage notification rules" and applied to notifications.
