To set limits for sequences, follow these steps:

  1. Open My Plant and select an asset. The tiles of automatically generated and user-defined dashboards for this asset are displayed.
  2. Display the automatically generated dashboard for step time analysis.
  3. Click 165142425867-d2e5812.
  4. Select "Settings for step time analysis".

  5. Under Date settings, you specify the period for which the information is displayed by default, even if you reload the view or restart the app.
  6. Under Product, open the drop-down menu and either select the product for whose sequence duration you want to define the limit values, or Unassigned if you are editing product-neutral sequence durations.
  7. Use the button to select a period whose data is to serve as the basis for defining the limits.

  8. In the Lower Limit and Upper Limit input field, set the values for the desired filtered sequence durations. When the value is exceeded, the sequence is discarded from analysis.

  9. On the right, you can automatically assign a limit according to the detected sequences in the selected time frame.
    To use this function, follow these steps:
    1. From the drop-down menu, you select the minimum, maximum, average or median as initial value of the step.
    2. As the factor, you specify a percentage that is added to the initial value.
    3. Click "Apply".
      A limit is calculated on the basis of the respective limit values and entered in the corresponding input field.
  10. To save the changes and switch to the dashboard view, click "Save".
    If you want to continue working in the same view after saving, click Save & Continue.
    To exit the view without saving, click Cancel.
