You can create the types that you can use for all assets in the "Configuration" view:
- Status mappings should be used in the widget "Gantt" to visualize machine states.
- KPI types is to be used as a parameter in visualizations. KPI types are formed from a formula that connects operands, constants and time categories.
- User-defined periods make it possible to display visualizations for periods that are matched to your requirements.
- The Reason tree makes it possible to create individual disturbance reasons. This allows you to visualize the respective machine status in detail according to your requirements.
- The Shift calendar is a schedule defining the working and non-working hours for production. It details when equipment and labor are expected to be active and helps you set clear boundaries for expected production hours versus downtime.
