When SIMATIC IPC Industrial Edge Device OS cannot boot up healthy and is broken, there is only one way to deploy OS artifact directly via SIMATIC IPC Industrial Edge Service Stick product. Any other way is not supported and will cause to erase device authenticity hence the device will not be supported in the Edge Ecosystem.
Up-to-date OS artifacts will always be released on the SIOS page and an only be used via Service Stick solution. Please look at Service Stick User Manual for more information.
