Once SIMATIC S7 Connector Configurator is upgraded to version 1.7, OPC UA functionalities will no longer be available. If there were OPC UA Configuration present in 1.6 version of configurator, after configurator update a warning message will be displayed indicating that OPC UA connection is no longer supported in the SIMATIC S7 Connector application. User will have option to export the configuration with OPC UA connections to take backup of the configuration file. To take backup of OPC UA connections user has to ensure export is performed before any other operation.
