Delete tags - Manual - SIMATIC S7 Connector - Industrial Edge - Industrial Edge App

To delete a tag, follow the below steps:

1. Open S7 Connector in Common Configurator.
   S7 Connector Overview page appears.
2. Click the Tags tab.
   The tag page appears.
3. Click icon on the right side of the tag that you want to delete.
   A pop up message appears to confirm your action.
4. Click Delete.
   The tag is deleted from the data source.

You can also delete a tag by following the below steps:

1. In the Tags tab, select a tag or multiple tags that you want to delete.
2. Click icon in the upper right corner.
   The selected tag/tags are deleted.
