Use the cursor on the left side of the screen to set the desired zoom level:
The number next to the zoom cursor indicates the current zoom level, and the minimum working distance available for that zoom level.
In the following example the zoom level is 35 and the minimum working distance is 5 cm.
Click the “Import Markup” button to import the markup from an existing profile.
Once you have clicked the button, the system will display a screen with all available profiles.
To import markup, select the desired profile and click “OK”.
When selected, the entire markup will be displayed on screen.
The camera´s zoom and focus parameters are automatically adjusted according to the selected profile parameters.
If necessary, adjust the position of the part according to the markup.
The Outline and ROIs are adjusted in the next step of the profile setup.
Click “Next” when finished.
Adjust the Outline and ROIs as needed.
Clicking the “Rotate image” button will rotate the displayed image by 180 degrees.
Clicking the light bulb icon button turns on/off the SIEMENS Inspekto VIS system´s built-in illumination. This option is for use cases where there is a need to use external illumination instead of the SIEMENS Inspekto VIS system´s built-in illumination.
When you move the mouse cursor over the image, a blue rectangle with a “+” symbol appears. Pressing anywhere in the image will initiate the SIEMENS Inspekto VIS system auto focus.
When finished, click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
