The app package is created and the following steps are performed:
- Validate the files to ensure correctness.
- Confirm the correctness of the application configuration.
- Ensure successful connection with Docker for image deployment.
- Create of a standalone application for deployment.
- Update configurations specific to the application.
- Ensure the availability of the specified version.
- Bundle the required images for deployment.
- Create a standalone version of the application for deployment.
- Export the application version for deployment.
- Save templates and configurations for future reference.
- Once all stages have been completed successfully, your application is now ready for deployment.
You will find the .app file generated in the release folder of the specified workspace path.
The .app file can be uploaded to the Industrial Edge Management (IEM) and installed on the Industrial Edge Device (IED). More information is available in the Edge documentation:
