Edit data sources - Manual - Ethernet IP Connector - Industrial Edge - Industrial Edge App

In the Tags tab, you can edit an existing data source and update the configuration.

Requirement

• Ethernet IP Connector must be running.
• A data source must be available.

Procedure

To edit a data source, follow the below steps:

1. Open Ethernet IP Connector in Common Configurator.
   Ethernet IP Connector Overview page appears.
2. Click the Tags tab.
   The tag page appears.
3. Click icon to the right side of the data source.
   The Edit Data source dialogue box is displayed.
4. Modify the required fields.
5. Click Save.
   The data source is modified and displayed in the Data source table.

Result

The data source is updated and it appears in the data source table.
