SIMATIC AX now supports a more efficient workflow alongside the TIAX library workflow, especially for Motion applications based on the AX MotionControl library. This workflow combines the user-friendly configuration wizards of the TIA Portal for defining and managing technology objects and comprehensive diagnostic tools with the IEC-compliant ST language of SIMATIC AX, including full object-oriented programming (OOP) support without the restrictions of the TIAX library workflow.
