Once your application code is compiled and tested, and your hardware is configured, the Software Loader (CLI command sld) deploys the application to your PLC. It takes the compiled binaries generated by the ST Compiler and transfers them to the PLC, where they are executed by the runtime environment. The Software Loader ensures that your application is correctly installed on the device and ready to run.
The deployment process transfers the compiled binaries of your application code for the PLC runtime. After successful deployment, your PLC executes the automation logic, controlling your industrial processes according to your program.
