If you test from the CLI, you can pass parameters directly as arguments. In this case, your extension settings will be ignored. The APAX_TEST_ARGS will be passed to the CLI if you have them in your apax.yml file. If the same parameters are provided in the CLI and the APAX_TEST_ARGS variable, the CLI parameters will take precedence.
