Object-oriented PLC libraries can be imported into the TIA Portal. Once imported, classes are represented as function blocks (FB) and methods as functions (FC).
Depending on the structure of the object-oriented AX library, additional program elements such as functions and user-defined structure types (UDTs) for accessing interfaces are created during import.
