apax-build supports various ways to change its default behaviour - using the command line, the variables section in the apax.yml, or environment variables.

Please note the following priority regarding variables. Definitions higher up in the list take precedence over lower entries.

  1. Variables on the command line using the -v|--variables switch.
  2. Variables set in the apax.yml file
  3. Environment variables
  4. Only for APAX_BUILD_ARGS: Targets set in apax.yml
