By enabling debug mode in the configuration process, a more detailed log file will be generated for the metric collector service.
Debug mode can be enabled by the following process:
During installation or configuration update of the application scroll down at the bottom of the application.
Click on the checkbox next to the "Enable debug" label.
Continue the installation or update process.
