Payload example
The payload can be a simple string such as the string representation of a value:
"25"
The string in the payload could also be in JSON format, for example:

"Pressure": 1.2
}
Mapping
Databus and External Databus enables only mapping onto pipeline variables of type "string". You need to specify the topic address without subtopic according to the pattern "a/b/c".ยด
If you assign a topic to the "Payload" variable, the pipeline receives the payload in the "Payload" input variable.
In the above examples, the input variable would contain "25" or the entire JSON structure as string.
Write-back to PLC

The customer is responsible for checking the end-to-end functionality with PLC data write-back before transferring it to the production environment.
