Prerequisite

  • You have a converted model on your PC.

Set the System configuration

  1. Navigate to the Application configure page by clicking.

  2. Click the "Automation system" and select the Automation system configuration.

  3. Enter the IP address and mask.

  4. Click the "Camera" and select the camera configuration.

    Note:

    Make sure the camera resolution you select here is the same as you set on camera SDK.

Set the NPU Application

  1. Click "NPU Application" to enter the NPU Application tab.

    If you selected TM NPU firmware V2.0 on the home page, you can see the following dialog for importing, viewing, or deleting the Micro-Python script file.

    • Click "Import" and select the Micro-Python script on your device. Erroneous Micro-Python script cannot be imported to AI Model Deployer

    • Click "View" to view the script

  2. Click . The Choose model window displays all the compatible model you converted in this project.

    You can select multiple converted models here, but the total size of the selected model should be less than 100 MB.

    Note:

    If you changed the version of the target device after the model conversion, the converted model that you can select may change.

  3. Select the converted model you want to use and Click "OK".

    You can select several models in a project. During run-time, the field PLC can switch to different models by ID.

Set FTP

Enter the following information to configure the FTP.

The IP address of the FTP server

Ensure that the TM NPU and FTP servers are in the same network.

User name

The use name that you configured at FTP server side for TM NPU

 

Password

The password that you configured at FTP server side for TM NPU

 

Mount point at TM NPU

A string type identifier that TM NPU mounts root directory set by FTP server for TM NPU to its file tree so Micro-Python script can operate specified files of FTP server when the path of these files starts from the configured mount point.

 

Read only

Set whether the files at FTP server side are read-only for TM NPU or not.

 
Note:

Ensure there are adequate safeguards for protecting the TM NPU's accounts to prevent unauthorized access to FTP sever. To do this, use secure passwords and other measures, such as the use of security policies, should be applied as needed.

Set Debug

To enable the debugging function, you must enter the MAC address of the TM NPU on this view and download the generated debug.conf or copy SD card image containing this debug.conf file to SD card of TM NPU.

You can find MAC address of TM NPU at its shell.
